Upon arrival you should go to our courtesy yellow minibus (the minibus area is leaving the Mallorca Airport Terminal, in front, in front of the Mallorca Airport parking building) For arrivals after 23:00 please put Contact us to request the Minibus service to make your car rental.
Both the Hiper Rent a Car office and the Palma de Mallorca airport are located about 8 km from the center of Palma. Once you have arrived at the office, we will provide you with a map so that you can easily reach any part of Mallorca.
Palma de Mallorca is the capital of the island and of the entire Balearic archipelago made up of the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Cabrera, Ibiza and Formentera. The Romans founded this city in 123 BC after their conquest and it is believed that its name is a reference to its victory symbolized by the palm of the hand. It is a fairly common mistake to name the entire island Palma de Mallorca, however, this name only refers to its capital and the most correct way of using it is Palma (without the tagline “de Mallorca”). It is a very beautiful city that combines an old part of great historical and cultural value with more modern buildings since, thanks to tourism, Palma is also a very cosmopolitan city. We recommend spending a minimum of one day, which is completely insufficient time to go through it in its entirety, but it will allow you to get an idea if you do not have more time.
To improve the movement of tourists, Palma de Mallorca has several underground car parks and although they are not free, they will help you leave your rental car near the most important tourist attractions in Palma. Although most car parks are paid, they are highly recommended due to their location in the center of Palma. You can leave your rental car and take a walk through the most touristic places in Palma. In the Paseo Marítimo car park, you can leave your rental car to visit the Palma Cathedral, the Almudaina Palace or the Plaza de la Reina. The Plaza Mayor car park is ideal for leaving your rental car and visiting the shopping centers in the center of Palma that are located on Vía Sindicato and the galleries of the Plaza Mayor, it is also ideal for visiting the town hall. The Plaza de España car park is the best place to leave your rental car if you want to take one of the most beautiful excursions offered in Mallorca, the Soller train.

TORRENT DE PAREIS
Upon reaching Sa Calobra, if you follow a gentle path, after passing through a cave, you come to a gravel beach that seems to have come from Jules Verne’s imagination. It is the Torrent de Pareis, which crosses the massive Sierra de Tramontana.
CALÓ DES MORO
Its access is not the easiest, but the pine trees, the cliffs, the white sand and transparent and calm waters make this cove an essential that no one is willing to miss.
CALA S’AMARADOR
In S’Amarador, an extensive pine forest embraces the fine sand. The entrance to the water is very gradual, so it is ideal to spend a relaxed family day at the beach.

You can select the guaranteed GPS option at the time of making your reservation for €5/day (maximum €100).
What are the office opening hours?
Office hours: from 08:00 to 22:00 (24-hour service). For arrivals after 23:00 please call (+34) 971 26 99 11 to request the Minibus service.
Can you deliver the car to the hotel?
Hotel delivery: 24 euros per delivery. Hotel delivery service is not available for 1-day rentals.
Hotel return: 24 euros per return. Hotel drop-off service is not available for 1-day rentals.
Can I pick up the car in the port of Mallorca?
The cost of the delivery or return service at the port is 30 euros.
